Welcome, I’m Louise
Having lived in five countries and given birth to my children in three of them, I became a world citizen almost by necessity.
I built my life while raising my children abroad, running my own healing practice, and often doing it all without the safety net of family nearby.
For more than 25 years, with a background in psychology, energy work and spiritual coaching, I’ve guided hundreds of women worldwide through this shift, helping them reconnect with their inner clarity, their intuition and their strength.
Through this work, I support women navigating a high-pressure world to reconnect with their inner knowing and turn that awareness into how they live, lead and show up in their lives.
I know what it means to hold a lot — and to slowly realise that somewhere along the way, you may have lost connection with yourself.
