Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services, online programs, workshops, retreats, digital products and other services provided by Louise Tuijt.
By booking a service, purchasing a product or participating in a program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Louise Tuijt provides coaching, personal development, wellbeing support, workshops, retreats, online programs and digital educational resources.
The services are intended to support personal growth and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
2. Booking and Agreement
A coaching agreement is established once both parties have confirmed the booking.
Online programs and digital products become available after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
3. Fees and Payment
All prices are stated in Euros unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made using the payment methods provided during checkout.
Invoices are payable within the payment period stated on the invoice.
If payment is not received on time, Louise Tuijt reserves the right to postpone or suspend services until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without prior notice, may be charged in full.
Should Louise Tuijt need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a new appointment will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Online Programs and Digital Products
Access to online programs, recordings, downloadable materials and other digital content is intended solely for the registered participant.
Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials without written permission is not permitted.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
6. Workshops and Retreats
Specific information regarding registration, cancellation, refunds and participation for workshops or retreats will be communicated separately where applicable.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
8. Client Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions and wellbeing throughout the coaching process.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Your willingness to participate actively will influence your experience and results.
9. Health
By participating in coaching or related services, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing.
If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, you remain responsible for following the advice of your healthcare providers.
10. Intellectual Property
All written materials, meditations, exercises, recordings, videos, downloads and other resources remain the intellectual property of Louise Tuijt unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, translated, shared, sold or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to provide services with professional care and integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Louise Tuijt accepts no liability for any indirect loss or damages resulting from participation in coaching, online programs, workshops or the use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
Louise Tuijt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be published on the website.
15. Online Sessions
Online coaching sessions are conducted via a mutually agreed online platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable private environment for the session.
If technical difficulties arise that are beyond the control of either party, every reasonable effort will be made to continue or reschedule the session at no additional cost.
16. Force Majeure
Louise Tuijt shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, internet failures or other events that make it temporarily impossible to provide the agreed services.
Where possible, sessions or services will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
17. Professional Ethics
Louise Tuijt is committed to providing professional services with integrity, respect and confidentiality.
As a member of the Collectief Alternatieve Therapeuten (CAT), services are provided in accordance with the applicable professional standards and code of ethics of the CAT, as well as relevant Dutch legislation.
Clients are expected to treat Louise Tuijt with the same respect throughout the coaching relationship.
18. Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided, you are encouraged to discuss your concerns directly with Louise Tuijt so that a mutually satisfactory solution can be sought.
If a complaint cannot be resolved in this way, you may make use of the independent complaints procedure available through the Collectief Alternatieve Therapeuten (CAT) in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Information about the complaints procedure and the independent complaints officer can be found via the website of the Collectief Alternatieve Therapeuten (CAT).
